6. Deleting Your Account: Uninstalling the app or deleting your account doesn’t automatically cancel 7 Club subscriptions. Subscription cancellations must be done actively through the respective service provider.
7.Club: Specific terms apply to 7 Club subscriptions. Subscription fees, renewals, and cancellations are detailed in this section.
8. Feedback and Submissions: We welcome feedback, granting us the right to use it without restrictions or compensation.
9. Termination: Perigee can suspend or deactivate accounts at any time for violations, law enforcement requests, or other reasons.
10. Health: Tmm is for personal, non-commercial use. Consult a doctor before using Tmm, and Perigee is not liable for any health-related consequences.
11. Rights: You are granted a limited license to use Tmm, and all rights are reserved by Perigee. Users cannot assign rights without Perigee’s consent.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: Tmm is provided “AS IS,” and Perigee is not liable for interruptions or errors. Perigee’s liability is limited except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: Swedish laws govern these Terms, and disputes are resolved in Swedish public courts.
