What Does the 7-Month Challenge Entail?

“The 7 Month Challenge aims to establish a consistent workout routine by encouraging daily exercise for an entire seven months. The guidelines are straightforward: engage in any workout, lasting at least 7 minutes, every day.

All workouts contribute to the challenge, not just those within the Seven app. Activities like walking, pilates, football, or skiing can be logged by tapping the ‘Add’ button on your profile. For added convenience, sync your workouts automatically by enabling Apple Health in the Seven settings.

If you miss a day, you have 3 hearts per month, serving as ‘lives.’ Losing a heart occurs when a workout is skipped. Running out of hearts starts a new attempt, but you also have 30 pause days for extra breaks, accessible by tapping the pause button in the 7 Month Challenge section.

While Seven’s workouts are designed for daily use, you can tailor your routine to accommodate rest days or low-impact sessions on days when you need recovery.

Upon completion, you earn the 7 Month Challenge Achievement in the Seven app, marking the establishment of a consistent workout habit. Challenge yourself to maintain the streak, and share your progress with @SevenWorkouts!”
