Keeping track of your various workouts helps you stay focused on your fitness objectives, provides a sense of accountability, and allows you to monitor your progress, earning Achievements in Seven along the way!
Here’s a simple guide to logging your activity:
Step One: Open Seven and tap the Profile section. Step Two: Tap the + Add Activity button. Step Three: Choose your workout, enter the start time and total duration, and remember to hit ‘Save’ in the top right-hand corner when you’re done!
Your new activity will appear in your feed for your friends and followers to see, and you won’t lose a heart that day. Isn’t that great?
Pro tip: You can also sync your workouts directly from Apple Health without the need for additional input. Just go to Settings in Seven, and tap Health to enable it.”
