Achieve your fitness goals with Seven by tailoring your workouts to your routine and preferences. Follow these steps to make the most of your Seven experience:
Set Up Your Plan:
- Define Your Goals: Choose from three objectives – Get Fit, Lose Weight, or Get Strong.
- Select Difficulty Level: Set the difficulty level that aligns with your fitness level.
- Create a Schedule: Set a workout schedule that fits into your routine.
Seven will generate a customized workout plan to help you achieve your goals. Just tap “Start workout” to begin.
Pro Tip: Rate your workouts to help Seven adjust your Plan schedule based on your feedback.
Get Creative With Custom Made:
- Access Custom Section: Explore the Custom section with a diverse range of exercises.
- Create Your Workout: Choose from over 200 exercises to design your unique workout. Add your favorite combinations and set the desired number of reps.
- Save Your Workout: Give your workout a title, description, and image. Tap ‘Done’ to save it.
Find, complete, and edit your custom workouts in the Custom Made section.
Get the Timing Right:
Experiment with different circuit options to vary your workout duration, ranging from 7 to 40 minutes. Adjust the intervals to suit your preferences.
Seven’s default intervals are 30 seconds active and 10 seconds rest, but you can customize them in Settings. Modify rest and active intervals based on your fitness level and preferences. Consider increasing rest for side switches and enabling ‘double time’ for one full exercise length on each side.
Choose Your Instructor:
Select from 12 motivating instructors in Seven. Whether you prefer gentle guidance, cheerful encouragement, or a more commanding style, find the instructor that resonates with you at the bottom of the Workouts tab.
Discover Your Favorites:
Explore the 30 Day Challenges in the Workouts tab. Choose a target area or workout type (Lower Body, Core, Cardio, Fat Burn, etc.) and embark on a 30-day journey of targeted workouts to achieve specific goals.
