Craft Custom Workouts in Seven

Unleash your creativity in Seven by crafting your very own workouts, selecting from a diverse range of over 200 exercises to tailor your ideal fitness routine.

Create Your Custom Workout Designing a personalized workout is a breeze. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Open Seven and navigate to the Workouts tab.
  2. Scroll down and tap on the Custom Made section.
  3. Select Create Workout and then Add Exercises.
  4. Choose the exercises you want to include, and feel free to rearrange them later.
  5. Tap Done.
  6. Provide a unique title, description, and image for your workout.
  7. Tap ‘Done’ to save your customized workout.

Access, complete, and modify your personalized workouts at any time through the Custom Made section.

💡 Pro Tip: When designing your workout, use the search bar to find specific exercises or tap the filter icon to refine your selection based on level, workout type, focus area, and equipment.

Follow Friends’ Workouts Explore your friends’ Custom Workouts by visiting their profiles. Follow their workouts by tapping the menu icon in the top right corner after selecting a workout. The workouts you follow will appear in a separate list within your Custom Made section.

Unlock More Exercises As a 7 Club member, access every exercise in Seven to create your perfect workout. If you’re not subscribed, still enjoy creativity with custom workouts. Unlock new exercises by inviting friends to Seven; each friend who joins and completes a workout earns you a random exercise. Share your invitation link through Invite Friends in Seven’s Settings.

Additionally, as a free member participating in the 7 Month Challenge, every two months unlock a new workout for free. Upon unlocking, all included exercises become accessible for your custom workouts.
